Refund Policy

1. General Policy — No Refunds

All meal purchases made through the Website are final.
Because meals are prepared fresh based on pre-orders and delivered directly to TLC Private School, Anesi Restaurant does not offer refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Absence from school

  • Incorrect orders placed by the parent

  • Late or missed cancellations

  • Child not receiving or consuming the meal

Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, the order is considered confirmed and non-refundable.

2. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise.
In special or exceptional cases, parents may contact Anesi Restaurant directly to discuss the issue.

Examples may include:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical errors during checkout

  • Operational issues on our side (e.g., a meal not prepared)

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, but we will review each case individually and respond accordingly.

3. Order Cancellations

Because meals are prepared in advance:

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed and may not qualify for refunds.

  • If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as early as possible before the meal preparation begins.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Anesi Restaurant is responsible for delivering meals to TLC Private School.
Once the meals have been delivered to the School, Anesi’s responsibility is considered fulfilled.
No refunds are provided for meals not picked up or not consumed by the student.

6. Changes to This Policy

Anesi Restaurant reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting on the Website.
