The Website allows parents to pre-order weekly meals for their children, which Anesi Restaurant prepares and delivers to the School.

3.1 Pre-Order Requirements

• All meals must be pre-ordered through the Website within the designated ordering window.

• Late orders may not be accepted.

3.2 Meal Delivery

• Meals are prepared by Anesi Restaurant and delivered directly to TLC Private School on the scheduled day.

• Once meals are delivered to the School, Anesi’s responsibility is considered fulfilled.

• All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be completed online at the time of ordering.

• Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5.1 Cancellations

• Cancellations may be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled meal delivery.

• Cancellation requests made after this period may not be eligible for refunds.

5.2 Refunds

• Refunds may be issued only if:

• A cancellation is made within the allowed time frame,

• Anesi is unable to provide the meal due to operational circumstances.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, meal descriptions, ingredients, or availability may change.
Anesi Restaurant reserves the right to modify menu items at any time based on availability or operational needs.

By using this Website, you agree to the collection and processing of personal information necessary for:
